Although Xnator is in the wrong and kinda clear it is. nothing will happen to his ranks ETC this is mainly due to the fact how small of a rule break it is. But considering he is a Zarp owner he should know simple things such as this. A easy "sorry I didn't notice" would of been fine to the people raiding or what ever but instead argues because he thinks hes in the right when hes not. Not trying to call someone out but just saying it how it is. While dying trying to raid a nuke as a gangster (I.e lets say you drug rush instantly die) you cant then switch to cop and raid it instantly. You have to wait out your nlr time. The same would go for Banks/Casino's.
Overall A simple sorry would be just fine!
