You are heading right in the right direction, in my opinion. In-game I haven't personally experienced any bad behaviour/attitude and I know you are trying to make your self seen again by helping new users to the server and answering questions in-game. I think you need to keep up this behaviour and for a couple of weeks and then apply again to show the staff team that you are dedicated to a staff role. So, keep up the activity, don't get recent punishments and be positive. Good Luck!
