Take this as constructive criticism and feedback. There are two main things you need to improve on:
Attitude / ingame playstyle: IMO threatening players with the rules so you don't get killed is not a desirable attitude. Ive seen you throw a grenade and your response when someone kosed you was "You cant kos me, i didnt throw it, if you kill me im going to report you". Dont threaten people with reports every-time they kos you for a valid reason. By all means, when youre a traitor you can lie and say you didnt throw it but users dont want to be threatened with a report. If you were staff and did this then users will not want to play and will think youre abusive. You can also get angry, hence the situation earlier on this week.
Knowledge of the rules: Youre knowledge of the rules isnt the greatest, I gave a guy you reported a verbal as it was a honest mistake and he apologised and you told me "If the victim wants him slain youve got to slay him". This is straight up wrong and something you should know as a former staff, its literally the first thing on the rules.
I feel like if you made these changes then you will not only become a better candidate but also enjoy the game more. And yes you should regain trust
