The thing with voice chat is it never is the center of attention and is normally ignored because of the amount of people talking on behalf of the staff which were online it was partially not their fault on that one. The system of punishments is quite soft and it always has been. It has been able to keep players in their place and personally I think it should stay like it. Unfortunately it was your unlucky day and you were faced with multiple trollers which doesn't often happen and since 40 players play the server a lot of reports would of been coming in due to the amount. Meaning that staff were probably busy focusing on logs and in chats with them ect. Sorry about this incident and it shouldn't happen again.
