I'm sorry for your bad experience but as Nay and Luki said when the server is busy its hard to say who's talking at the time and we can punish unless we are 100% sure who it was (to avoid falsely punishing), for the RDMs a slay and a warn is more than enough punishment and if the same person RDMs you round after round they will be banned for having too many recents in one day/short period of time. If it is multiple people we can only punish if they do it as we can ban for one RDM but we can keep a better eye out next time so we punish them quickly. I believe a lot of the staff team with a bit distracted due to certain thing.
