Hello, I am very sorry that this happened to you on the server. From what I see things should've clearly been handled in a different way. From what you described it sounded like they mass RDMed so I don't get how the people only got one slay. Depending on how they act and if it seems that if their intentions are to harm others experiences on the server they can instantly get banned without having to wait for the "warn limmit". I'm pretty sure most of our staff know this but like you said I don't think they payed much attention.

What I think happened was that the staff were "busy" talking to other staff on TS and didn't really notice what happened, which I can do sometimes when speaking on team speak. Something else that usually happens is that when theres so many people on the staff can't tell what's who said what as everyone's speaking at the same time.

So what I'm trying to say is that there's nothing wrong with the system but it seems that the staff were distracted with something and didn't really notice what was going on. This shouldn't have happened and we'll work on it.
