- your in-game activity is very good and has been consistently for a month or two now, if not more.
- every time i go on teamspeak you're always online talking to people
- your report count is consistently among the highest in the staff team, showing that you're dedicated to doing your job without making mistakes and rushing reports and needing warns and punishments changed or adjusted
- you handle a shit ton of appeals and punishment requests on the forums
- unfortunately i cannot report back on how active you are in meetings in terms of giving your opinion due to unforseen circumstances but judging by how you act outside of them i can only assume you like to voice your opinion, if not definitely make sure you work on that this week
- i would like to see you using your mic in-game to show that you are even more actively involved with the community
- you are on the forums quite a bit giving feedback on apps and suggestions, and, as previously mentioned, on appeals and reports too

overall it's only a matter of time if you keep up the hard work every week, and even if the lead team aren't considering you yet, putting your name out there as much as you do will only do your chances good
