I don't need to say much as I explained on your previous CC app quite a bit, but you should get involved with suggestions more, not just create a few and think yeah I've contributed enough. You also can't take criticism well and sort of spew out some form of toxic reply back which isn't needed. I really hope you can improve as I'm sure if you build on the negatives you'd be a great member and good for the position. Nevertheless good luck.
