Obviously these are of the top of my head but I think with a bit more thought and creativity we could definitely make the fresh experience more palatable.
More money is only going to make suits and items more expensive. The addition of extra money in the economy would only raise prices making it still quite difficult for newer players to get the items necessary to actually have fun on the server. What we need is more items and easier ways to get these items on the server (ASCA comes to mind!), not more money.
