I'm going to read over everything later, and maybe I'll address some things that people have mentioned on stream later today, simply because there's not much point repeating myself over text too many times, but I would like to reiterate one very key point:

In order for us to do something about staffing issues, you must REPORT these issues in the appropriate manner. The closest things I have seen to reports being made before people coming on threads like these and saying the server is dead/dying because of the staff team is people moaning that they got banned and trying to meme it. This is not a report. Immaturity, lashing out and showing an awful attitude is not a report. Spam joining the server on alts and being massively racist is not a report.

If you feel like a report will be handled in a biased manner, make it via a contact request and it will be handled in the Community Team meeting, or alternatively approach myself, Chute, EMP or Jim_Jam on Teamspeak, Steam or Discord and we will handle it ourselves. If you think that we will handle it in a biased manner, then I'm not sure what else you expect from us, as at that point there is no way for us to handle it which would please you. Just because you don't get the outcomes you want does not make it biased. There are people who have worked hard and put a shit load of effort into the community, and we're not going to straight up demote those people over one or two small mistakes when they've worked their asses off getting to where they are, and we're ABSOLUTELY not going to cave to abusive users who want to come on the server and troll/break rules/be toxic just because there's a large number of them.

I'd like to see some reports made from the people on these threads making these claims with appropriate evidence and examples to back up them up in the coming days. Thank you.
