Removing destroyable props would remove a massive and unique feature to zarp.
The only thing we can do with new players is rely on the older or richer players to not be assholes, and instead educate them or give them items, printers or other things to help them out, because from my experience, once i explain the server to new players, I never see them again.

Completely agree with you plus the hacking issue NEEDS to be addressed a cheat can be put into place with ease of not being detected along with changing a few things by yourself with citizen can make it undetectable upon joining.
