I agree with what you are saying however what I think should be asked is what made players leave and what would make them return.

From my prospective, Suits & HOOVERBOARDS should never have been added, Theyre just no point and it's made no improvment or they've been too much added. From a new player joining it's really hard to make money enough to have fun; Maybe suggest to remove explosive thing to props so it invovles basing?
