Exo, you're a great staff member, but I don't think you're ready for the SA role yet.

I'm still disappointed to see that you have still not edited your application yet. I saw Kurze's comment on one of your apllications, where he pointed out the flaws in the "how you would handle situation X" section. The way you answer these shows that you still lack experience.

I'm glad that you're applying (almost?) every week, but without asking for feedback and improving on said feedback, it doesn't really show dedication.
