Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
The most common time to use the ban command would be if a player mass RDMs and then LTAPs (Leaves to avoid punnishment) which depending on his rapsheets and other circumstanses ban them accordingly. You can also ban a person if they have too many recent punnishments on the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
First I would claim the appeal to let everyone else know that I'm handling it, I would then read and analyze the appeal to see if the stories ad up. Then I would speak with staff x to hear his side of the story. I'd come to the conclusion that banning a person permanently for exploiting is a bit too much and depending on the circumstanses remove the ban completely or lower the ban to a set time.
