Seems like a good guy, similar opinion to chespin however in your acceptable/unacceptable kos reasons you mention about t weapons, an innocent can be kosed for having a t weapon if they don't announce it in chat and a player can't be kosed for killing an innocent with a t weapon if the weapon was announced in chat and they IDed the body and gave a valid reason when asked.
