Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a user reaches 4 recents after a recent ban, they may be banned for too many recent punishments, or if a player with no recent ban reaches 6-7 punishments they may also be banned for having too many recents.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Firstly I would check with the banning staff member, asking them how serious the exploit was, depending on the response I would reply on how serious the matter was. I would look over the appeal, checking their previous punishments too and deciding on a verdict.


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I think I should be promoted as I have shown myself as a dedicated staff member, I've played TTT for a long time in the past and have managed to rack up quite a few hours on this week too. Over those hours I have managed to obtain staff ranks too, such as Admin in the past. I have shown I know the rules and rightly punishing players for their wrongdoings. I think its important for me to have the ability to ban users as I prove myself to be very active as i sit and watch over the server, through the weeks/months I have been playing ive had the chance to meet many new players and build relationships with them aswell as having lots of fun. I believe I should be trusted with the permissions of an admin as I have already mention, I was an admin in the past and the ban command is something extremely useful to me in certain scenarios. Ive not only shown my activity through these weeks but I have shown my knowledge on the rules and how I carry out my responsibilities.
