Hello Zombie, Firstly, your evidence is a bit flawed, but it looks like Hiro did RDM you. I spoke with him and he remembers shooting you with a sniper in the nether, but he didn't realise you were also a traitor. He has apologized to you and will be more careful going forward, but was just a simple mistake and therefore no action is needed. You can consider this accepted.

I'd like to say, when this happened there was other staff online. In the future make a report in-game and talk to them about it, if you feel they think they are dealing with it inappropriately or if you want to escalate the situation, then feel free to take it to the forums. Not every minor rule break needs a demotion request.
