Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

There are multiple reasons to use the ban command. The ban command is great for when users have no intent on playing the game and they just want to troll. Here are two reasons to use the ban command:

1. A user has reached 7 recent punishments.
2. A user Mass RDM'ed and LTAP'ed

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello (username), after reviewing your appeal and discussing with (the staff that banned em'), I have decided this will be accepted. Thank you for taking the time to appeal your ban, please read over the rules again as some may have changed and so this doesn't happen again.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I feel like I should be promoted because I have been enjoying TTT and staffing on it, I have been fulfilling my duty's as moderator and handling all reports I can, and being active on the forums for TTT and in-game. My time as moderator has contributed to my promotion because It has taught me all the commands, when to use them, and what situations deserve what punishment. I've been interacting with the staff team quite frequently over discord and TeamSpeak, and I hold high ranking positions such as Head Admin on SSRP (Meaning i'm very trusted with the permissions given). Hopefully you guys can give me a chance as Admin on TTT and thank you for reading my application!
