I haven't really been in situations at all with you but that's my problem for not really being on much, BUT I will go off from what other people say, you seem like a great guy and your application is very made and I like it. You seem very dedicated and like a very helpful Lead Team member which is amazing to see, someone who is willing to help others! I'm not sure how long you have been SA for but some people are saying you need more experience but I've seen more pros than cons. IMO you seem like you would fit well into this position.
