I don't want to add insult to the injury but Eli, you always fall into the huge arguments in OOC, which will annoy you, you will get mad, and you will say bad shit that will destroy your reputation.
I believe you could be a good staff member, howerver i knew since day one there will be a huge problem.

You should step out of arguments when they are starting to get out of control, and you should control yourself and stay calm, i know you are getting borderline harassed in game but look now, you said a ton of retard shit that destroyed your reputation..
Remember when you warned me the other day, did i take a huge shit in OOC ? did i make a forum thread insulting you ? No i didn't, i remained calm, and appealed my punishment, and everything was solved.

Why can't you stay calm, you could have gotten admin easily with a few weeks of work.
If you had no attitude issues it would be fine imo, you just need to get some more experience as moderator.
