I'm honestly baffled how people think punishing staff members would be a good idea?

I mean, of course, you can make a mistake by shooting someone in a crossfire or whatever but it SHOULD NOT be a regular thing. If this does occur then an LT member should look into it and take appropriate action.

Giving a slay to staff shows the users that the staff don't know the rules and can create mass problems as in trust within reports and while staffing. If you don't understand how this can cause mass problems I'd be rather impressed you/they got staff in the first place..
