The staff member should own up to their mistakes and slay/kill themselves or whatever would be appropriate. Staff punishing staff would only lead to issues IMO and that’s why LT exists. If they don’t cooperate and slay/kill themselves let alone own up to their mistakes then feel free to take it to the forums or an LT member like the other 6 people have said.
