[TTT suggestion] Punishable staff members

But uhh, people don't always get punished for honest mistakes. Verbals exist, you know? If a staff member is always slaying+warning users for honest mistakes (for example, if they're new) they're not a good staff member.

Yes, verbals are a thing, very true, which is why I mentioned that the punishment can vary depending on the staff member.
But verbal warning still comes with a slay and if this procedure of giving a slay + verbal for honest mistakes has changed since I resigned I certainly haven't seen it put into place.

When i give verbals i open a chat and tell them it was against the rules, be more careful next time, if you do it again i will punish. I dont slay them when giving a verbal
