Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
RDM stands for ‘Random Death Match’ in every game mode it takes a different meaning, you can't join a DRP server, shot someone in the head and say “They where T baiting”. On TTT RDM is killing someone w/o being a traitor or them performing one of the valid KOSable actions. For example, Billy (A Traitor) is running around doing nothing, however Even (Innocent) feels in his gut Billy is the T (Keep in mind in this hypothetical scenario the tester is not active and out of the 20 players no one is proven). Even takes aim and fires a m24 into Billy’s head. This is RDM as Billy was simply walking around not performing any KOSable actions, even though he was the T Even still needs a valid reason to attack.

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:

Using a KOSed health station; Billy the detective spawns in their Health Station, and says that it is KOS and no one can use it. Even then walks up and starts to heal himself up at the health station, Billy is now fully in his rights to kill Even for breaking the KOS.

Having an unannounced T weapon; Billy is walking around holding a harpoon, he is not a Traitor however, he is not proven and he did not say in any form that he was holding a T weapon. Even though he is not a T he is still KOS for failure to announce his weapon and not being proven innocent (As a proven player really cannot be validly KOSed as there is no way they could be a traitor, and KOSes serve to kill possible traitors)

T Baiting; Billy is shooting his deagle and purposely shooting very close to Even’s head but never actually hitting him, Even is now in his rights to KOS or kill Billy for T baiting.

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:

KOS On Skin; Even is standing on top of the tower. Billy and Adam are playing around on the tester roof. Even takes the shot, killing Adam before jumping off the tower. Billy sees a Kermit model shoot his friend and then jump from the tower. Billy screams, KOS KERMIT! This is not valid as you cannot KOS off a model.

KOSing For Following without Warning; Billy is following Even, so Even turns around and kills him, this is invalid as to do so you must issue warnings in chat before you KOS.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):

Introduction:
Hello! As this is the only slightly open ended question on the application I am going to try and put everything I have to say within this section. I have a lot to offer and say so I am going to split this up into various sub sections. I understand the recommendation is around a 100 words, but in writing this application I am hoping that its meaning is as a minimum, not a maximum. The last thing I want to say before I begin is please keep everything I’m saying in mind before you make a judgment on my character and my ability to handle the responsibilities of being a Moderator on ZARP TTT.

Maturity:
Welcome to the first subsection of my application, my maturity and why I believe it can be an asset and a reason I should be taken on as a Moderator. I have been playing Garry’s Mod for five years now, and a large amount of that time has been spent staffing on various Game Modes, spanning from HL2RP to CWRP and all the way to TTT. Throughout these years I have been constantly working on improving my maturity as early on I had some issues. I was quick to anger and honestly a little toxic toxic. As time went on and I played more and did more, my maturity began to evolve. I learned to let things go and understand that anger is about the worst way for me to react to any given situation. With that understanding came the realization that, well, no one likes being insulted or harassed. Knowing that I worked hard to prevent myself from being toxic, and worked to be kind to everyone I met, and after doing that for 2 years or so I feel like I have gotten past my old ways. I feel a good way I have demonstrated my Maturity is my reaction to the large amount of negative support on my previous application for the following reasons that were stated; Activity, and A Missdone Question. I am using all the comments on my previous application to aid me in writing and preparing for this current one.

Experience:
I had previously stated I have had a vast deal of experience within various game modes. Within those gamemodes I have held Management positions (Senior Admin, Staff Manager, etc), as well as low staff positions (Moderator, Senior Moderator etc) on small servers averaging 20 players a day to larger ones averaging 100+ players a day. This has not only aided the development of my previously stated maturity but has also given me the tools I need to handle any situation that comes up. Over the years I have dealt with things going from Staff Abuse to simple RDM and everything in between. With this experience I am very confident I can handle any situation that arises in TTT.

Time Zone:
I personally am Bermudian meaning that during the summer and vacations my time zone is (EST +1), meaning I can be on when the only staff who is usually on during those times is Exo. However, as I said before I only live in Bermuda half of the year, the other half I spend in the United States for school, but I will still be on at the same time as NJ is only one hour behind Bermuda.

My Reasoning for Becoming staff:
This is the final subsection within my application, so let's get started. I have one large reason for becoming staff and that is the enjoyment I get playing on here. I love playing with the regular night players, Anne, Exo, The Chiropractor, Killjoy, Finn, Adrii, TTR, and many more. Some of them I have spoken to outside of TTT and they are really kind and fun to talk to. Late nights usually boil down to the few night players just playing around (While following the rules) and that's exactly what I find so enjoyable about TTT. With that being said sometimes players get on, and they MRDM, or hack, etc. As I previously stated Exo is normally the only staff member that gets on during that time, and when he gets off the rest of us are at the mercy of the rulebreakers. That being said, my biggest reason for applying for staff is because I want to ensure that late night ZARP stays a nice and calm place, and not as some players call it “The Wildwest” or “The Purge”.
