Thank you, i try to take my time with understanding the rules. I try to understand them thoroughly, as mentioned before, after each time they're changed.

The issues I had with Lead team were valid, and I think if issues ever arise, no matter who it is, they should be listened to. I gained a lot more respect to lead team after the long meeting we had resolving most of my issues I had and questions that I was meant to ask but never had the chance to. I want this to be clear, issues between people are there to be solved, and I don't hold any grudges or look differently towards anyone who made acts that I think might be mistakes. And I could be the one in the wrong, or the opposing party, in any case, it will always and should always be resolved with discussion. I had one issue with Jim Jam, but never thought less of him or looked at him differently, I still know we had a long past in the old days of zarp, and after the mentioned meeting I had, the issue was resolved.

As for the mishaps, yea, most were immature, a better word would be pety. But I tried to get my point across as to the unfairness or easy exploitations of the rules or procedures within the server. My opinions of lead team never affected the way I treated the users in the server, and the issues I had with them remained with them. The users and players of the server were always my priority. I always still did try my best to be as good as I can be when it comes to moderating and that hasn't and never will change.
