for the second one, this is a valid kos reason providing that you 100% knew that everyone else alive was proven apart from said person, you can only check exactly who is alive by a life check given out by a detective with ample warning.
examples that would make someone proven would be
-they killed a traitor (a traitor wouldn't kill there teammate)
-they were tested in the tester and the light went green
-a detective portable tested them
