first one where you talk about killing the guy on skin gun and location is called killing on sus
these can be found on the rules threadfor the second one, this is a valid kos reason providing that you 100% knew that everyone else alive was proven apart from said person, you can only check exactly who is alive by a life check given out by a detective with ample warning.
examples that would make someone proven would be
-they killed a traitor (a traitor wouldn't kill there teammate)
-they were tested in the tester and the light went green
-a detective portable tested them
