You have recently resigned twice.
You need to prove that you are committed to the server.
Also, you still have yet to understand your role as a staff member even when u was staff.
I would say, try and get more of an understanding with the rules and how to deal with certain things as as staff member.
And you can always ask other staff if you are unsure of things. (This will also show the TTT staff team that you are trying to learn more to become a staff again)
