How would you deal with someone who is being bullied on TS3/Discord?:
Well first of I would tell the user to stop. If the user doesn't stop I will punish him by kicking him off teamspeak and on discord it will be a warning. If they keep bullying the user I would have to ban.

Explain some of the administrative features of TS3/Discord and when they're used
appropriately:
If a person has resigned from staff then their badge will be removed.
Kick would be used if someone breaks tou. This would be the same as ban.
moving people into spacers or channels so that they can talk to others with the permission of the users in that spacer or channel

The main reasons why I should be chosen is because there is a lot of toxic and racism going unnoticed or there isn't any ts staff on.
Another reason why I should be chosen is because I'am trusted to staff on other servers so I believe I would be best fit
