Story - I am going to not bring up the story with Eli Gold as that is why my ban was reduced in the first place as that has already been covered in another appeal. This will be about my harassment to jonsey and baxter.
Story with Baxter: Shit talking was very much alive at this point but I am not sure if it is still between the gangs, the main reason I would trash talk was because they backstabbed a base of ours and then after that proceeded to call us bad. I then decided to take things further by trash talking baxter on discord, and in game. Xnator then told me to stop which I did but not to the full extent, the things said to baxter were me making fun of his teeth, calling him bad, and saying he has short term memory loss. I would apologize to baxter personally but I blocked him on discord to prevent any arguments breaking out. I know this will not happen anymore as I will be doing what jusu has already been doing today, ignoring OOC and I believe he disabled it to remove himself from arguing, I know this is a problem of mine and I have now had the time to reflect I know that arguments about a game shouldnt be taken any further than a harmeless "your bad" not disrespecting them or joining every day to constantly talk shit to the players involved every day I am on. I realize that the arguments are just down right stupid as well and the mistake was already made but I guess I was just blinded by the act of always needing to be right at anything when it was only making me look like a fool.
Jonsey- I would constantly bring up an accusation saying that he sold his gold jugg to smol dong for 350$ USD paypal and would constantly try to piss him off over it. I heard complaints from everyone on my side saying how he did it and I chose to not take any factual evidence to push the topic of him selling out game which was proven to be incorrect. I also decided to harass him and disrespect him because he fed to the fire as well, I reported this to xnator but he brought up a situation of mine that was very private and I didnt want anyone to know about in chat, I then reported this to xnator but seeing no response from him I was very upset and at a loss for words so I decided to keep being a dick when there was no point at all. If a LT member would like to see the image and context I believe I have most of you on discord already.
The ingame and discord arguments are over as everyone is sick of me trying to put people down when in reality that is not the right thing to do. I have waited my time and also discussed miss legends ban being removed but since there was other things brought to the table about her ban (which I am not deeming unfair or anything of that such) I thought I would provide the context of what went through my head during the times of gang rivalries and drama. I have been warned by staff that if I do keep this up I will be recieving a much harsher ban and I plan to follow that.
