I spoke to you both in-game and I've decided to deny this punishment request on the grounds that you claim he false kos'ed you, but you don't have any video proof to confirm he kos'ed you in voice, and the screenshot you posted shows him kos'ing you after you'd already died, meaning it made no difference whether it was false or not.
