Suggestion Title:
Raffle System

How would it benefit the server:
It would take money out of the economy and introduce more items. This makes things more fun.

Additional notes:
The way i envision this would be as an option on the Actions menu. This would open a window much like the rare store but with one item in the middle. It would then have a button at the bottom allowing players to pay a price to be entered into the raffle and have a chance at winning the item in the middle. The people that lose the raffle lose their money and the person that wins, gets the item and loses their money. So it's pretty much a lottery system for items, but you enter with money and don't get it back in either case. This would decrease the amount of money in the economy and also make the server more enjoyable because of the items it would introduce.
