He isn't the only one sadly, I have been dealing with this kind of stuff for 4 years, its just a bit getting on my nerves when im literally not even active, and I literally hop on every once in a while and ITS STILL HAPPENING.

Well you see some individuals don't give a shit about their reputation and live by creating drama
The best you can do is gather more and more evidence and make a punishment request, it's not really hard especially when Sam is involved :]

I got tired of asking for punishment. Its all temporary and they never learn.

Thats why I was harsh on the banhammer as an admin too
