This is the problem with new staff and how they are underestimating how no offense but most of them are retarded and havent read the rules they just copy it from one another . Just because they know the rules doesnt mean they can staff . There should be an extra category in the format asking how to deal with disrespect , racism ETC all the current mods except our future mod TTR arent fully trained . My opinion dont want anyone blasting at me for saying it .
