I think you should wait at the very least a month or two considering the number of times you had to be spoken to/officialed/demoted in the past for a whole host of things that are unacceptable from a staff member, which i wanna say was almost double digits within the span of a couple months, then ultimately demoted because 'you asked to be demoted'
