3.5 hours per week for such a high rank you want is too low in my mind , not to blame you but i am actually surprised you got that considering how rarely people join . I just think if you get a promotion with that amount of weekly playtime because the server isnt active I think it should be shutdown. 3.5hours shouldnt be enough to even maintain a moderator rank just barely in the frame .
