To be honest, if you don't use the template this will probably be declined, if you do then this will probably be declined without you proving a video of the situation.
The problem with reporting people for RDM on the forums is that it's hard to prove because there are valid reasons to kill people that doesn't show in logs such as using a kosed HS, walking past an un id'd body ,etc.
Most of the time these reports are accepted are for breaking other rules such as prop abuse or abusing the change name command which are easier to prove, a screenshot will be enough evidence for those.

Posting on the forums about rdmers when there's no staff will get staff onto the server though so keep doing it, just try to get video evidence of RDM if you can if you want to report them.
