Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

As im going straight to admin, I don't think that this questions is relevant.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

Never encountered a situation that i couldn't solve by myself as there isn't really any rulebreakers in bhop, except from micspammers which can easly be solved with a simple gag. But if i would have encountered a hacker for example, i would have gathered enough evidence to fully prove he's cheating, I would then send that evidence to a super admin, if none is online I would bring that evidence up on the meeting.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

I would start by explaining their new powers and when to use them.

Chat Mute
This is used when a user is chat spamming, but make sure to give out a verbal warning first.

Voice Mute/Gag
This is used when a user is mic spamming, but make sure to give out a verbal warning first.

Incognito Spectate
Allows you to spectate a player without them knowing about it.

Strip Weapons
This can be used if a user is spamming their knife/gun to the point of annoying other players.

Kick
This is rarely used as a chat/voice mute is normaly enough to make them stop. but if they continue after multiple warnings this can be used.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that Staff Member x banned them permanently for Exploiting, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted:

As an ex Bhop Admin and ex Surf Lead Team Member I definitely think that i have the knowledge and right skills to come back to staffing. I might not be able to be as active as I was before due to my new job but can easly get 10h/week. I hope you would like me back on the bhop staff team
