I've spoken with Windows and have decided that this warning should be removed. If you have the clips from the VOD of Miss Legend also harassing you, I would strongly recommend making a report abuse against her so that can also be dealt with, but for the time being, given the situation and the fact that you in a situation where it is understandable to have gotten angry and said what you did, this warning is going to be removed.
