I think you're a nice guy and you have qualities to become a HeadAdmin however, I would love to see you more on the server. The server in a whole has a very big gap when it comes to LT members being online on the server throughout the week. I'd love to see you more active! *( this does not mean you aint dedicated )

I'd love to see you more involved in certain matters and make sure you know everything so you can pass on that knowledge to current and new staff.

I'd personally love if you could make it an plan for your HA position to make sure the trainings are done propperly and that they know all the situations that are required for a new staff member. (you can also do this in your current position)
