8.Can other players kill guy who uses KOSed hs?
9.Can we kill player who killed innocent that used KOSed hs?
10.Can player kill guy who threw incendiary grenade into group of people/into AFK?
11.Explain "throwing off "hazard" area"/Explain "hazard area"
12.Explain when can player kill guy who threw us/someone else off hazard area.
13.If player hits us with eg. crowbar, Can we kill him/call KOS?

If i'll face some other scenarios i'll do another post.

1. It depends on the scenario, if it was obvious the innocent was doing something kosable it is warnable, if the innocent is doing nothing then they should've waited for a reason to kill.
2. It isn't the innocents fault if they fail to defuse as its random, it is the traitor who is killing the players.
3.Yes saying no or false after a KOS cancels it.
4.You cant kos on place or skin but if you saw his name before he hid you can kos him. and if he is disguised that is kosable.
5.Yes however in my opinion you should let the staff deal with the RDM in reports instead of killing the innocent who was proven
6. Same as number 5
7. When you have less than 100 health and you gain health by using it
8. Yes if the detective kosed their HS in chat and you see someone use it who the detective hasn't given permission to you can kill them
9.No as he had a valid reason to kill that player.
10. Yes that is a valid kos reason
11. Hazard area = near cliff near lava anything that being pushed into will kill you
12. I think you mean killing someone by falling. Same with any kill you should ask them why then go from there.
13. Yes it is still damaging you doesn't matter with what weapon.
