Lets start it of here, You clearly don't know how zarp works with staffing and with addons ETC. Lets get some things straight. Not only owners can deal with refund requests but also CM are allowed to handle refund requests. Along with this refunds are only for server sided issues. This makes complete sense in my opinion. Also if you allow people such as admins handle these it would be extremely biased and bad. Admin is a easy rank to get if anything HA's should be allowed to handle the refund request but still need to bring it up to a CM.
Now lets talk about how staffing works. "getting decent staff" this just isnt possible. You can have an amazing staff member who randomly goes off the rails overs time. Along with this staff apps arnt anything to do with "thumbs up and thumbs down" your app is brought up to a meeting and is voted on by the current staff team. During in this meeting your activity, attitude, Rap sheet and many other things are said about you. This then leads to a "yes/no" vote from each and every member apart from the host of the meeting.

Damage logs. Yes damage logs would be amazing for the server but this can cause alot of lag and many other issues. Myself chute and xnator along with people even like Jim_Jam and Clarky looked into doing this so many times but found so many more flaws that it would cause.


What I do suggest if for you to find some "background" of what your talking about. You bring up something that happened 3 years ago with a person "/bring * kill" This is no longer possible with any command and should be patched to my knowledge.
So please please don't come to the forums and spam a load of bullshit that you have no idea about. To add onto this you even show your self in a bad light from your appeals. You appeal about people harassing you but yet you are homophobic in the same post towards X people? Even someone like you should understand why that was wrong if you are trying to make these posts.
