Story - I got RDmed by HepatitasC. I reported him for RDM. When we were in chat he claimed that he killed me because "he had DNA and victim was innocent. chat ended with Rittsu "explaining rules" and letting HepatitasC free. As i mentioned "Not knowing rules, doesn't free you from obeying them".

Extra Information - Even if he had to explain rules that doesn't make him not guilty. This time i'll forgive HepatitasC, but not Rittsu
