One of the warnings is for disrespect in report which suggests to me that you haven't changed. I have also been PMed by you were you have been really mad at a player which isn't good as emotions can't take over orr you will end up falsely punishing someone. I personally don't think you are ready for moderator and should wait a while and prove that you could be a good staff member by being nice, not having any recents and having good activity.
