Your activity, as said, isn't too consistent, but what bothers me is the "Why I should be staff section".

Being a staff member isn't the way out of being made fun of/bullied, you mentioned this twice, so I'd make punishment requests here on forums, or contact any staff member (Preferably Lead Team) and tell them the situation, I'm sure they'll join immediately and take action against said bullies.
