I do not think you're anywhere close to being ready to become a super admin.
Here are my reason why:

1. You do possess the acquired skill set to deal with players, you seem to have trouble communicating with people and can't seem to bring your point over when needed.

2. You do not fully understand the server rules. You are in my opinion currently still so confused about certain rules, 2.1 for example.

3. You currently still ask people for how long you should ban people while there is a full handbook that tells you what to do.

4. You currently still ask people for what you should warn people for.

5. You currently still ask people to help you out in certain situations (of course this is allowed once in a while)

6. You can't seem to take feedback as shown in this thread. Taking feedback is essential and needed to adapt your skillset

7. You seem overconfident with your skillset within TTT that you can become Super Admin. At this very time I do not think its a good idea for you to apply.

8. You don't take time and effort to read through applications because "they're too long"

In general, you're a nice guy but you lack so much to become a Super Admin. I'd suggest learning and taking this feedback, time to adapt to become a greater staff member!
