Why Admins never cares complicated problems

the thing is the thing the original poster is annoyed about isnt that rittsu couldnt find the detective, he probbaly wouldnt have cared if he had seen them take even a few steps toward that. what hes on about is that rittsu didnt even try to find the detectives name and there responses. tbh i dont really know the context, there may have been many reports coming through at once and rittsu was trying to deal with lots of them at once and therefore couldnt put that much effort into this one so i dont really think this is a big deal imo

If you weren't there, how can you claim the admin didn't do anything to resolve the situation?
You're former staff, you know a lot of users, mostly newcomers, get salty when an rdm situation can't be dealt with properly.

Let me cook up a more realistic scenario with imagination as the main dish with some staffing experience on the side:
The user was pissed when things didn't go their way and blamed staff even though they did all they could.
Hes using ADMINS as in plural in the title of this post, which indicates that he has had multiple encounters such as this in the past where staff could have been incompetent, could have been not, I don't know, I wasn't there.
Makes me think that this case riiight here was but a tipping point for this user and is using it as a reason to lash out.

Now I do understand this can be seen as unfair from a users viewpoint, but being rude, harsh and overly critical about how a situation is handled even though they don't know the proper procedures is just stupid.

You're missing the point and everything is flying over your head keep all the salt out of that main dish, all poogle had to do is exactly what the super admin did that you keep refering to and explain the situation to the user and why he could not handle the situation instead of saying "idk", this is the lack of ability to handle the situation which would be quite clearly frustrating to any user.

He responded to the question "What was the detectives name?" with IDK
And like he said, the user disconnected right after that response.

No i tried to but he left after i said idk also he never gave me the time to check

Bit hard to explain a situation to someone who's not there don't you think?

Now then mr. maddox, that last screenshot of the dm's, IS NOT solid proof. You don't know the whole conversation

I did all of that and i said ok because there was nothing else for me to say. Also i said idk because there Multiple detectives. I did also check but he straight up left and im surprised that he didnt screen shot his attitude.

Surprised I have to spell these things out for you

look at the active chat, rittsu didnt try to drill the reported person on who the detective was once when it was his primary defence, rittsu should have kept the chat open until he was sure that it was the case by asking for evidence from people on the server and the reported player but his response was only "ok" in regards to the chat the only thing that it spells out to me is that rittsu wasnt following through the active chat and just let the reported player go without asking for any contrary information on the server

You of all people should know that user witnesses don't count for shit on zarp TTT

true but there are other forms of evidence i haven't mentioned, such as a screen recording or maybe asking a trusted member such as staff online at the time.
