I've spoken with a Lead Team Member before this to clarify if banned players have rights on the server. In this case it's not a problem that he RDM'd you and RDA'd you. You're banned, and not really playing. The only scenario this would be a problem in is if you were mining and trying to reduce your ban sentence.
