As for your pm suggestion why not just report a player and type your message in the report file? This seems to be the best method so far. I do agree PMing needs to be introduced however. Reports can only include around 270 characters. Additionally if the player accidentally chooses not to forgive you instead of cancelling the report this can involve you being in an admin chat where there is a third person to read your PM's. I welcome this suggestion and look forward to the admins reviewing this and potentially introducing this to the server. Always good to hear from the ZARP community.
