I have looked through the report and spoken to the staff members involved, as well as look at the evidence posted on the thread and have decide to ACCEPT the report on Kevin.
The video posted below by Poseidon (CLICKY) clearly shows you said the player name 'Negan', and not the word which Kevin through he heard and punished you for. I have told Kevin to be more careful when handing out punishments, especially those of such severity as Racism. A talking to is all that will happen, but further action will be taken should it happen again. The punishment for Racism will be removed.

No action will be taken against Rittsu as they informed yo where to go to report, I will just ask and make sure that its delivered in a friendlier day.
